Bizexindia is not involved in the due diligence between buyers, sellers and counterparties prior to listing. As a result, Bizexindia has no control over the correctness, reliability, safety, legality or regulatory compliance of any transaction they enter into. 
• We do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the uses of participants on the Site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Bizexindia (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
• We are under no legal obligation to, and generally does not control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Site the Site Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. To provide you with co-branded services, we may share your information with our partners. If you prefer to not receive such information, you can let us know at the time you become a Registered User or any time subsequently. However, Bizexindia reserves the right to limit Registered Users to those who provide the requested information and accept our terms and condition of use and legal disclaimer as well as our uses and privacy policy.
• You may at any time view, update, edit or delete the information you have provided to Bizexindia by accessing the User Registration page and following the instructions accordingly. If you delete some information, it may continue to be stored for archival purposes.
• Bizexindia has implemented reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies designed to secure all our transactions and personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. You will be required to execute the Non disclosure Agreement (NDA), Expression of Interest (EOI), Referral Agreement (RA) and/or mandate letter with the owner of the listing or Bizexindia as the case may be and depends on the nature of the listing. On your confirmation you will be introduced to the respective counterparty.
• We are in no way obligated to refund or cancell any money for any service purchases after the actual service has been activated or implemented. All sales are final, and all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
